Tasteful and proper staging in a home can definitely help a seller command a better asking price, but most importantly, staging increases the saleability of your home. When Helping You Purchase A New Home
I will do a solid, properly critical, objective analysis in order to help you find your dream home. When I help you in your home search, you can be assured your home search will be successful and thorough.
I can also make homes available to you before they go public. These are called 'prelists.' I have two large networks. One consists of realtor friends (with other brokerages) in the area and the other is a network called 'Network One', which is an internal electronic posting site at Edina Realty, exclusive to Edina Realty agents.
The real advantage is in a market where there is a lot of inventory, but not a lot of great inventory. When the nice listings go on the market, they usually sell right away, sometimes in multiple offers. The advantage to viewing a prelist is that you have the opportunity to view the listing (sometimes weeks in advance) and decide to make an offer before the listing is made available to the public.
This is a very real and great advantage!
